“Studying engineering in a private college is always an expensive proposition. But given my family background, it was an even more daunting task for me as my parents had to support the education of my younger sister as well. After one year of engineering studies, I was at a loss as to how I would be able to continue my studies with my financial requirements of about Rs 37500 per semester. At such a crucial juncture in my career, I approached the Sanmarg Relief Fund for a merit scholarship. Even though my rank in the Joint Entrance Examination was not very good, Harsh Sir and Payal Ma’am showed faith in my abilities and decided to back me with a scholarship of Rs 25000 per semester. Getting the scholarship not only increased my self confidence, but it also motivated me to achieve more and more in my academic career as I wanted to justify the faith shown in me by the Sanmarg foundation. I have been able to single mindedly concentrate on my studies and now I aspire to study in an IIT for a Masters degree in Engineering. All of this would not have been possible had it not been for the constant backing, encouragement and advice that I got from sir and ma’am. I hope I continue to justify the help which has been given to me and I look forward to continuing the good work initiated by the Sanmarg Relief Fund in whichever capacity I can and give back to the society the help that I have got.”

HPF funded Kriti Buchasiya in 2010 and paid for her college expenses, fees for Chartered Accountancy and related coaching fees. Her success story now counts as a milestone for the foundation. "She has not only shown her true mettle but has made us immensely proud and happy" says Harsh Hada, founder HPF.
Kriti’s story was extra-ordinary from the very beginning. A topper in her school she studied commerce from St. Xavier’s college, pursued her CA and secured a 20th rank in the finals, June 2012.
“Girls in India cannot make money and I wanted to prove this thought wrong. But honestly, without HPF's support I wouldn’t have been able to come so far. It provided me the needed financial security that gave me the mental boost to focus on my career and never to compromise on my dreams. Thanks a ton Harsh sir and Payal ma’am for being there in my journey. In fact Harsh Sir’s confidence in me gave me the impetus to keep his trust – he said and I quote "After three years you will be earning 50,000 a month." Today, the words have turned true as she is posted at Credit Suisse in Pune with an annual package of 7.8 lakhs. "So blessings do count" assures Kriti.

Kriti worked at Credit Suisse, Pune for several years. Presently she is well settled at Kuwait and working for VIVA Telecom, Kuwait.

"I feel blessed to have the support of Harsh Sir and Payal Mam who are really angels for me. I still remember the day when Harsh Sir and Vivek Sir told me in our first meeting that after 3 years I will be earning Rs. 50, 000 per month. I really thank them for the confidence that they instilled in me. It is really the blessings and trust of my dear Sirs and Mam that made me capable of proving them correct."
